What is ACAVe
ACAVe is the Corporate Association of Specialist Travel Agencies. It was set up in 1978 as a nonprofit business association of a national scope, provided with full economic and administrative autonomy.
The main office is located in Barcelona at Av. Riera de Cassoles, 54, 5ª Planta and the Madrid office is at Calle Velázquez, 10 1ª planta.
Today ACAVe has over 450 partners representing a total of 1,000 retail outlets that work in different specialities and types of travel agencies.
Associated members, i.e., companies that are not travel agencies but work in tourism-related areas, also belong to the Association.
ACAVe is present in the leading tourism and business organisations and institutions, representing the interests of all Spanish travel agencies in the ECTAA European umbrella of travel agencies. ACAVe’s foundational purpose is to act as industry spokesperson for partner travel agencies and to provide services useful to the development of their activity.
